Rebellion Update Project

 

The new update is set for launch on May 17th 2016. They've created new series of hand-gun weapons, 'Avenger'. It acts as a weapon but also provides player resistants. What will be updated:

  • Skill Tree and some Skill Content
  • Base Level (limit increase)
  • Job Level (limit increase)
  • Depending on the weapon you use determines your play style.

 

What to Expect:

- The maximum level of Rebellion is 175 - Job level will be extended to 60 
 (Kagerou and Oboro will get the same base and job level cap) 
- HP, SP table for Rebellion are adjusted. Will increase significantly. 
 (Kage/Oboro will get the same adjusted table) 
- The weapon and set of bullets are adjusted 
 → "wavelet-based" to "tablet that has been separated by bullets and" Grenade series "bullets series "bullets 
   are changed to be used in all guns. 
 →" Spear bullet "is modified so that it is seated. 
 → the attack and the price will be adjusted. 
- Skill tree massive changes to be fostered by combining the skills of the various series. 
- Some of the Gunslinger skills will be adjusted to compensate with Rebellion
 → to definitely distinguish the coin series skill and weapon-based skills to increase the utilization of co-humanity skills 
   bullet and the coin. We want to minimize the burden of double consumption. 
 → by combining the skills of a variety of series to adjust the skill to develop.

I heard about this update (in a thread about recent doram adition)

They'll Improve rebellion's gameplay, increase level cap and add some quests, maps focused in rebelion's guild.

Are they just increasing the Kagerou/Oboro's levels and not touching their skills?

Yes, probably gravity, gungho and kro/jro players thinks K/O are balanced enough

Magic Bullet
	    Skill changed from an attack skill into a buff skill.
	    For 30 seconds you will deal extra magic damage. (Might not apply to skills)
	 
	Triple Action
	    Removed [Chain Action Lvl10] requirement.
	 
	Bull's Eye
	    Removed [Tracking Lvl10] requirement.
	 
	Adjustments
	    Removed [Disarm Lvl5] requirement.
	 
	Increase Accuracy
	    Removed [Snake Eye Lvl10] requirement.
	 
	Madness Canceller
	    Removed [Gatling Fever Lvl10] requirement.
	    Now a toggle type skill. (Use skill again to turn the effect off.)
	    Coins used per cast reduced from 4 to 1.
	 
	Tracking
	    Halved cast time per level. (1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0/2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8/3.0 -> 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5)
	    Snake eye's range bonus does not apply to this skill.
	   
	Piercing Shot
	    Base damage increased:
	        120/140/160/180/200 -> 220/240/260/280/300
	    When equipped with a rifle:
	        180/210/240/270/300 -> 280/310/340/370/400
	 
	Chain Action
	    Bullets used per cast reduced from 2 to 1.
	 
	Rapid Shower
	    Bullets used per cast reduced from 5 to 1.
	 
	Dust
	    Cast time removed.
	 
	Full Buster
	    Bullets used per cast reduced to 2 at every level.
	 
	Spread Attack
	    Damage increased:
	        220/240/260/280/300/320/340/360/380/400 -> 230/260/290/320/350/380/410/440/470/550
	    Cast time removed.
	    SP cost drecreased.
	        15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60 -> 13/16/19/22/25/28/31/34/37/40/45/50/55/60
	 
	Ground Drift
	    Sphere bullets have been removed. (Might be a wrong translation of this sentence).
	    New bullets with 5 different properties - Flare Bullet, Lightning Bullet, Ice Bullet, Poison Bullet and Blinding Bullet. (IDs 13228, 13229, 13230, 13231, 13232)
	    These bullets are similar to the spheres of the same name.
	    These bullets can also be used with all skills instead of being restricted like Spheres.
	    There's an NPC that you can trade your Sphere bullets to.
	    SP cost decreased:
	        4/8/12/16/20/24/28/32/36/40 -> 3/5/9/12/15/18/21/24/27/30

They probably can from a distance using their attack speed. I'm not sure their skills are that strong.

It's been confirmed @Raikon that Kage/Oboro will get the same cap increase. Here's a little bit more insight for the new update for Rebellions:
